Writing and media are my passions, but they stem from a love of storytelling.
That's what I do - tell stories - in the form of audio and visual pieces, written content, and any other way I can. I'm young but hungry. My desire to grow never wavers and I'm always looking for my next learning experience.
When I'm not studying social feeds, immersing myself in social strategy, or making the world's best homemade raspberry pancakes, I'm likely watching soccer, hoops, or Game of Thrones, or reading whatever book sits on my nightstand on the evening.
Uniqueness is an earned trait, not a label, and I'm on my way to achieving it. Learning to be the right blend of content producer and consumer.
A graduate of Indiana University, I dabble in broadcasting, writing, and social media as part of my day job with Indy Eleven Professional Soccer in Indianapolis, IN. Being in my element has always meant covering some version of the sporting world, and in whatever version it happens to be, the passion and drive I have to be the best professional I can be never dries up.
In addition to all sports coverage, I was fortunate enough to be a marketing team member at Team adidas IU, the Indiana University adidas affiliate. We were responsible for promoting the adidas brand at live events like game watches and giveaways, and for pushing social media content.
Upon graduating from Indiana University in December 2015, I accepted an intern role in the communications and public relations department at Indy Eleven Professional Soccer. For the NASL's "Boys In Blue," I am involved in a number of capacities in the realms of print and audio/visual, and have a few samples of my work for the club's site on the page listed above. In March 2016, I accepted a full-time job as the team's Web Content and Social Media Coordinator, and am thrilled to be working in the sport I love for the club I love.
Following a successful 2016 that saw Indy Eleven win their first ever club trophy (2016 Spring Season champions) and finish runner-up in The Championship Final, I accepted a role as the club's Public Relations & Communications Manager.
